Focus on processes!
IIn the summer of 2025, C3NMH underwent its first external audit. In this so-called surveillance audit, the documents submitted for the audit samples were used to verify compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Following the external audit, an internal audit will now take place at C3NMH for the second time in November 2026. The audit will focus on the process objectives and the process map.
In preparation for the audit, the initial draft of the processes is being revised with the aim of improving procedures at C3NMH in order to ultimately optimize cooperation between the institutions and individuals involved.
